The Southbend SOUB940000201 Thermostat BJWA is an essential part of temperature regulation that is applied to commercial cooking equipment. This thermostat has a sensing cap that is 3/16 in diameter and a 12 in capillary tube that offers an accurate temperature control in the ovens, ranges, and other temperature-sensitive components.
