Southbend SOUB94-00002-01 Thermostat BJWA is a better quality temperature control component that is used in commercial cooking equipment. This thermostat is characterized by a 3/16" diameter sensing cap and a 12" capillary tube which makes it a proper control of the temperature of ovens, ranges and other heat-controlled appliances. The length of the capillary tube is 36 and can be assists flexibly in any equipment setup. This thermostat can maintain the correct temperature and so is used to provide consistency in the cooking conditions, enhance energy efficiency in a tough kitchen setting.
