The Southbend SOU1172185 Burner is a gas part made of stainless steel and used in compatible commercial char broilers. It works by spreading gas on its surface and lighting it up to create even heat in order to grill. The burner is placed under the cooking grates of the broiler cabinet, in practice use in the kitchen. Its purpose in the appliance is to make and sustain the needed amount of heat to cook food on an open flame, and the normal operation.
