The Southbend B940000201 Range Thermostat BJWA with 3/16" x 12" bulb and 36" capillary is a temperature control part that can fit the compatible in commercial appliances. It operates by detecting the heat using the bulb and sends the temperature variation using the capillary to trigger the internal control mechanism. The bulb is placed in the cooking cavity as the thermostat body is fixed behind the control panel. It controls heating cycles to control the desired operating temperature in the process of cooking and falls within the range of the system.
