The Southbend 1164813 Kettle Regulator Converter with Spring is used to regulate the flow of gas to the cooker by regulating the pressure using an internal spring mechanism. It adjusts the output of the regulator when linked to the needs of the kettle so that it can operate consistently. It is intended to be installed between the gas source and the kettle regulator and can be directly attached to the regulator assembly, eliminating the need to use any other adapters. It is easy to set up and adjust, and it has a clean appearance in the cooking space.
