The Royal Range 28237 Door Panel Assembly is the front enclosure component that provides structural closure and access to a 50-pound capacity commercial fryer. It has the exterior panel and mounting interfaces that fit the frame, hinges and hardware of the fryer to enable it to be safely opened and serviced to the cooking chamber. This assembly is mounted on the front of the fryer. It is involved in the best containment of the cooking space and interaction with the operators and assisting in stable internal temperatures when being used.
