The ROYAL RANGE 1302 Jet Burner with 18 Duck Jets 8" diameter produces efficient heat distribution through its power output of 125,000 BTU. This burner features 18 duck nozzles with a 56 orifice size which gives it dynamic cooking performance suitable for intense heat distribution. Its durable design and ability to operate with natural gas (or LP gas with special order) allows this burner to fulfill different commercial kitchen requirements. The burner functions perfectly with Dynamic Cooking Systems to improve operational efficiency and cooking speed in professional ranges including ICRA and ISP-J.
