Robot Coupe 27081 Julienne Disc is a cutting part that is used in food processors in the restaurant industry to cut long and uniform strips of vegetables. It is inserted in the cutting head of the processor as the machine runs, the blades of the disc will cut ingredients into 2 × 6 mm julienne pieces. The disc is applied in professional kitchens and in food preparation areas where strip-cut produce is needed regularly. It is currently mounted in the food processor replacing the normal disc and it operates together with the rotor and feed system.
