The Robot Coupe 27048 Julienne Disc is a component required in the design of uniform cuts during food preparation. The disc is mounted in the cutting part of the food preparation machines and it is used to cut the vegetables and other materials of the same nature in the process. It cuts produce into regular 8 x 8mm slices. It works by spinning in the cutting chamber to enable the ingredients to flow over the blade surface in order to provide better outcomes. It is fitted in the cutting assembly and it works in conjunction with other components to make the cutting process work on an optimal level in normal working conditions.
