The Rational 3040.3040P Motor Control is an electronic element that is used to regulate and coordinate the work of drive motors in compatible cooking systems. The sensors and user interface commands are fed into this control module which then receives programmed logic and outputs signals to control motor speed, direction, and timing. It is fitted either at assembly or service, where it is connected to the power supply of the equipment, motor leads, and central control system. In kitchen applications this section is used together with sensors, actuators, and main controllers to aid the proper sequencing of motion.
