The Randell RF CNT0505 Probe Defrost & Fan Relay is an NTC temperature sensor that can be used with controllers in commercial equipment to monitor the temperature in a cabinet or coil and give feedback to control defrost cycles and fan relay action. The probe is fitted with 8-inch leads, and placed in compartments or close to evaporator assemblies, according to the application. It is also part of the system that promotes proper temperature control by allowing the controller to control cooling, defrost time and airflow to assist in maintaining constant operating conditions in foodservice and cold storage equipment.
