The Prince Castle 197-431S Vertical Toaster Platen Kit 220V operates based on the concept of thermal energy transfer on a flat, vertical surface to caramelise bread items, when they pass through the heating chamber. This element uses a electrical resistance to sustain the constant temperatures needed, in the toasting processes. It is mounted directly into the internal heating assembly of the vertical contact toaster, and it connects with the conveyor system to provide even heat distribution. This particular 220V model provides the necessary heating interface for the main toasting of the equipment.
