The Pitco P6072404 Doughnut Screen 23-inch by 23-inch mesh platform that is used to hold the dough products when deep-frying. It is placed in compatible system where it held partly submerged and spaced evenly and free to circulate hot oil around the food. The screen in commercial bakeries, cafes, and foodsystem kitchens prevents the doughnuts sticking to the bottom of the tank and distortion in the course of cooking. It is placed above the heating components of the fryer to provide the same frying conditions and against the components being in contact with loose batter.
