The Pitco B8048902 Burner Manifold Assembly MX/GPC14 is a gas distributor component to be used in commercial cooking systems that use liquefied petroleum gas. It directs and controls the movement of fuel supply and individual burners, so that there is a balance in the gas supply throughout the cooking area. The assembly is installed in the cabinet of the appliance and it is connected with the gas valves and burner jets as a part of the fuel system of the appliance. Under normal operation, it provides effective ignition through the distribution of the LP gas with consistency to stabilize the cooking conditions.
