The Pitco B6664002 Fryer Filter Support Weldment Paperless SFD is a structural framework that attaches the cleaning media to the oil disposal system. It works by keeping the mesh screen in a fixed solid position to allow the cooking liquid to go through the screening area without going around the internal seals. This element is placed at the bottom of the filter pan assembly, and it is placed below the oil return line to support a firm base for the digital filtration process. This weldment does not require the use of disposable paper inserts to hold the reusable stainless steel screens in place.
