The Pitco B6621702-C Fryer Filter Suction Tube Assembly is a special inlet tube that is used in SF50 and 65A-WKS commercial filtration systems to force the cooking oil out of the appliance tank and into the filter. It is made to hook up to the internal plumbing, and filter pump of the fryer so that the oil can be pumped out easily to be cleaned and reused. This assembly is used in commercial kitchen settings to aid in routine oil maintenance through the maintenance of the suction used in the filtration process.
