The Pitco B5606001 Fryer Basket Lift Hanger Weldment Left Hand SG14 is used in the mechanical movement of the raised arm as a fixed pivot point. This part is used to fix the left-side lift assembly to the rear frame of the unit so that the motorized system can lift and lower the cooking baskets at predetermined intervals. It fits into the upper rear cabinet of compatible SG14-series fryers, in the automated lift housing on the left side. This steel weldment provides the lift rod with alignment during the entire span of movement during the cooking cycles.
