The Pitco B2811703-C Element Rack Handle Weldment is used to position and support the appliance heating elements of the equipment and also provides a welded handle system to lift or move the rack assembly. It also maintains the position of the heating components in place so that they are not lost during operation and maintenance processes. It is an internal component that fits within compatible SELV14-series electric systems and connects to the appliance internal element mounting units, enabling the heating parts to be accessed within the fry tank area.
