The Pitco A3343904C Fryer Tank Element Shield Angled Slot is an assembly that is fitted directly over heating elements to regulate the flow of oil through a series of geometric openings. This is a mechanical barrier that does not allow the food debris to come into direct contact with the electric elements. The hardware is set at the bottom of the fryer tank, attached through the built-in mounting points to protect the delicate heating unit against external influence in the kitchen. The angled slots enable more open cooking space in the SE14/T series equipment by redirecting the sediment heat source.
