The Pitco A1105504C Extra High Basket Hanger SG18 is a part that is used in compatible gas fryer units to assist that are above the oil line. It works by holding baskets at a high level when draining so that excess oil drips back into the vat after frying portions, and the clearance of baskets is always maintained at a high level above the heating area. It fits into the fryer vat assembly of Standard to fit basket handles and to ensure a consistent seated level when using the cooking.
