The Pitco 60089502 Rethermalizer Digital Temperature Control 180°F 24V is an electronic control module, which receives inputs from a temperature sensor and sends outputs to heating elements based on setpoints to a maximum temperature of 180°F. It is installed in the control panel and is attached to the low-voltage 24V wiring harness and display of the appliance. It collaborates with sensors in the rethermalizer system in which it controls and regulates the amount of heat used to maintain the constant temperature of food during its operation.
