The Oliver Products OLI797-0029-8 Bread Slicer Artisan Blade has 32 stainless steel cutting parts that can fit in commercial systems. Each part is modelled to flow freely through thick loaves with hard crusts to create smooth spaces without internal structure. The assembly is placed in parallel to one another in the slicer frame and guides the bread throughout the cutting path. It determines the thickness of the slice and the spacing between the slices to give uniform portions.
