The Oliver Products 0797-0300-532K 16-Blade Frame Assembly is a fixed combination of 1/2-inch blades with a support structure that keeps the blades spaced and tensioned during the cutting process. It fixes blades in the frame in such a way that they cut together allowing them to be cut through in a uniform manner as the force is applied.
