The Nor-Lake 118638 Door Sweep Gasket 28.75" is an accurate bottom seal to fit in the specified commercial foodservice settings. It attaches to the lower side of the appliance door to reduce the contact of the interior cold air with the warmer ambient air when the door is closed. This sweep is fitted in the channel of the door frame, and it is combined with the sealing system of the door and the cabinet threshold to assist in the maintenance of uniform temperature inside the door.
