The Nieco NC4403DC Temperature Controller is a specialized control unit that is designed to regulate the heat in the selected system. It receives signals from internal temperature sensors, and regulates the heating system output to keep the chosen setting during work. It is hard-wired into the control panel of the appliance and is a part of the operating circuit of the broiler. In commercial catering facilities, and especially high-throughput kitchens, it maintains a stable thermal system, allowing the equipment to maintain a consistent cooking performance to operate within its intended operating specifications
