The Nieco 20884 Drive Assembly W/Clutch Feeder 15T delivers mechanical power to the conveyor chains of the unit. This combined clutch system controls the flow of torque, and the feeder may switch on or off properly to avoid mechanical jamming in the cooking cycles. The assembly is fitted into the internal drive housing of the BroilVection series to coordinate the action of patties in the heat zone. This unit can control the rotational rate of the feeding components to ensure the product flows at a steady rate through the infrared burners.
