The Montague MON1007-3 Burner Valve 1/8" NPT 7/16" CCT Out it accurate gas control system that is used in a commercial broiler. It controls the amount of fuel supplied to the system which maintains the even distribution of heat and effective cooking functionality. The valve is usually fitted with broilers and is connected to the burner assembly using a fitting, and is controlled to work in accordance with the control system to ensure a constant temperature output.
