The Moffat 235625K Fan Motor is an electric part that circulates air in commercial cooking appliances. It has two variable speeds that can be adjusted to regulate airflow over heating elements to aid in the equal distribution of temperatures and effective cooking operation. This motor is rated with 208-240 V 50/60 Hz installed in the internal fan assembly of the appliance, operates in conjunction with the fan blades and the shroud to ensure that there is a proper flow of air and heat in the appliance. In commercial kitchens it is substituted when it is being repaired in order to maintain consistent operation and stable temperature control.
