The Middleby Marshall 60750 Oven Heating Element 27kW is a high-powered electric cooking component that is used to produce quick, and even heat in commercial kitchens. It works by transforming electrical power of 208V to thermal power by use of a resistance coil to maintain uniform cooking temperatures throughout the chamber. The element is mounted in special holes on the inside of the oven chamber and is connected to the power and control system of the appliance as per the repair manual.
