The Middleby Marshall 47796 Gear Motor Kit with 1/2-inch and 5/8-inch shafts is a component of the drive that is used in the cooking systems. It provides regulated rotating movement at 12.6 RPM with two shaft sizes to suit various drive applications with a 90 VDC supply of 53 W. This part which is fitted in the conveyor drive assembly, supplies constant mechanical force to conveyor belts to move through the cooking chamber. In the commercial kitchen setting and baking facilities, it ensures uniform product throughput and synchronisation of the timing and thermal systems in operation.
