The Middleby Marshall 45019 Circuit Breaker 3-Pole 63A is an electrical component used to break the power supply of the oven. When the voltage is more than the proper limit it works by detecting overload or faults, and opening all three poles to discontinue the flow of electricity to avoid damage to wiring and components. This circuit breaker is mounted on the electrical control panel of the oven and it is connected to the incoming power lines and internal distribution. Its positioning makes it capable of observing and breaking all stages of the 480 VAC supply.
