The Middleby Marshall 31417 Conveyor Belt 1/2 inch P 40 inches x 206 inches 2.6 inches/15SP is a continuous wire that transfers food products through a heated cooking chamber at a regulated and constant speed. It works with idler sprockets to create a loop that moves the products through the consecutive heated zones to receive equal thermal exposure in the course of operation. It is attached in the cavity, and it runs all the way to the loading end up to the discharge side where it acts as the moving surface that transfers inside the heated cavity.
