The Middleby Marshall 27399-0003 Fan Blade 16" DIA this is a rotating air movement component that is installed in commercial ovens to support circulate hot air inside the cooking chamber. The 16" diameter blade is fitted on the blower motor shaft of the oven and pulls air over heating elements, and cooking surfaces to facilitate even distribution of temperature. It is fitted in the ventilated inside of the oven, and connects with the drive assembly, and electrical system. It facilitates uniform heat transfer and uniform cooking outcomes by ensuring that there is a steady circulation .
