The MERRYCHEF DR0020 Cavity Sensor is a temperature-sensing part, that is located in the cooking chamber of compatible Commercial appliances. It is to check the temperature of the internal cavity and give correct readings to the control system in operation. It is fixed directly into the cavity of the product to aid in the accurate regulation of heat when cycles are being performed in commercial foodservice settings.
