The Merco 8076234 Holding Cabinet Foil Element Heater is an electrical heating element that is utilized to ensure internal temperature is kept constant. It works by heating using a foil resistive element with electrical input of 120 V to give a rated output of 200 W to heat the inside of the cabinet. When the product is in a holding chamber, the element is fitted in a commercial foodservice setting and is mounted between internal panels located in the area where the heat is to be distributed. Under the cabinet system, it acts as the main source of heat which facilitates the process of controlling temperature during service intervals.
