The Marshall Air 500792R208 ThermoGlo 10" X 18" 208V Red produces heat by conducting electrical current through the red element which glows during heating. This is done to enable the unit to have a constant surface temperature to be used in cooking. It is mounted directly into the standard mounting brackets of the compatible commercial cooking equipment into the designated cavity. The element is connected to a 208 volt power supply, and it is used to supply controlled heat to different food preparation activities.
