The Market Forge 95-0436 Exhaust Sterilmatic Domestic Steam Condenser is a heat exchange element that is compatible with a compatible steam cooking or sanitizing system. It condenses and cools down the steam that is emitted during operation and changes it back to liquid to control the moisture and minimize exhaust emissions. This condenser is fitted in the exhaust pathway and is linked to the steam outlet and drainage system to aid in the controlled condensation. In normal food service or kitchen applications, it assists in keeping safe steam handling, minimizes unnecessary humidity in the working area.
