The Market Forge 92-0183 Temperature Controller 3 Set Point 240V controls the amount of heat in a convection steamer by switching power on and off to keep temperatures at the set point. It also gives the opportunity to choose between three set points, which makes it possible to program and keep various cooking settings during work. This controller is designed to be mounted on the steamer panel so that it can be easily adjusted to change the temperature settings, but it is firmly fixed to the steamer panel so that it is not easily removed.
