The Lincoln 369702 Blower Motor Assembly Left is used to move air in a commercial conveyor oven. It is mounted on the left side of the internal assembly of the oven and is connected to the electrical system to make the blower fan operate. The motor assembly blows the air over the heating components and the cooking chamber. It is also used in the appliance as a component of the thermal and airflow system to assists the continuity of cooking and maintain the internal conditions at a constant level when the appliance is used continuously in the foodservice.
