The Lincoln 369131-CLE Thermocouple Probe is a component that is used in ovens to control and measure temperature. It has a 17 inches probe with 1/16 inches diameter and 44 inches brown wire with 1/4 inch F push-on terminals. This is compatible for many Lincoln oven models such as 1022, 1040, 1100, 1130, 1202 and so on, so it can provide accurate temperature measurement. Thermocouple probe works on the principle of temperature variation and sends signals to the control system of the oven for better control of the cooking process.
