The Lang K9-50302-07 Electric Griddle Grease Drawer LG/XL is used to store the grease and cooking byproducts produced during the operation of the griddle to ensure that the cooking surface is always clean. It works by moving under the griddle plate and enabling the grease to drip out of the drawer as it is used. This grease drawer can be mounted at the front or the underside of the griddle assembly.
