The Lang 80501-05 Gas Griddle Pressure Regulator 3/4" X 3/4" LP is a gas control system that is used to control the amount of liquefied petroleum gas pressure that is fed to commercial applications. It provides a constant outlet pressure of the incoming gas line, which assists the appliance in working within given limits. The regulator is between the gas supply and the griddle manifold to provide a stable performance of the burner in the cooking processes. It is the regulation of fuel flow to ensure even distribution of heat for the appliance performance in the professional kitchen setting.
