The Lang 2Q-71300-20 High Temperature Ceramic Glass is a heat-resistant glass panel that works the purpose of being a protective surface on which the operating temperature can be maintained high and visibility in the cooking space is maintained. This glass is fitted in the appliance assembly, between heating components and the outer frame. It can be used as a thermal shield and observation system within the appliance system which can allow safe operation and visual checking of the equipment during cooking processes.
