The Jade Range JD3098701V Convection Oven Motor 1/4HP 1725 RPM 115V generates the force needed for the fan, which forces the hot air within the cavity. It maintains the movement of fan blades to enable the circulation of hot air evenly around food with temperature controls controlling heating cycles. The assembly is fixed in the internal motor housing of the attached fan, and attached to the electrical leads of the appliance. Its single-phase design accommodates normal commercial kitchen power settings.
