The Jade Range 3098700000 Convection Oven Motor 1/4HP 1P 1725 RPM 115V runs the airflow system as it spins the internal fan that disperses the heat in the cooking chamber. This ensures air is constantly flowing, which ensures that the heat is consistently exposed to the various levels of the rack during baking. This is mounted in the rear service compartment of the vehicle and is attached to the fan structure and connected to the electrical control system. It has a speed that is comparable to the normal circulation requirements.
