The Jade Range 3000013266 Coil Fan Motor is used to rotate the impeller blades to move the air over the convection heating elements in the oven cavity. This element transform the electrical energy into mechanical power to ensure that the air moves consistently to ensure equal distribution of heat. The motor is attached to back wall of the range on the outside, and the drive shaft leads to the cooking chamber. This system prevents the formation of stagnant air pockets to have uniform heat transfer to the processed food.
