The Jade Range 200-158-000 Convection Oven Motor 1P 1725 RPM 115V produces mechanical rotation that propels the fan blade that moves hot air around the inside of the system. The spinning forms a continuous airflow that moves the heat throughout the various rack positions during cooking cycles. It is mounted in the internal cavity of the appliance, and it is connected directly to the fan assembly and wired into the control circuit. Its 1/4 horsepower can sustain the normal airflow requirements in commercial setups.
