The Jade Range 20-158 Convection Oven Motor 1/4HP 1P 1725 RPM 115V is used to power the airflow fan by transforming electrical energy into rotational energy that moves hot air around the cavity. The fan ensures that air moves throughout the cooking chambers to ensure that it is distributed uniformly throughout the operation. This element is in the rear, it is attached to the fan housing, and it is attached to the internal wiring. It is powered by a standard and is fitted to single-phase electrical systems that are common in commercial kitchen equipment.
