The Jackson 6401-011-66-55 Rinse Thermostat Kit is designed to give accuracy to the water temperature during the rinse with the aim of getting better cleaning and sanitation results in commercial dishmachines. This is a kit that has a 1/4 inch diameter, having a 5 inch length sensing plug thermostat designed to sensitively monitor temperature and reliably respond under a range of conditions. It operates by detecting water temperature in the wash waters and triggers the wash-up systems to turn on or off to obtain the optimum temperatures to facilitate proper rinsing action. The JP24 model is built to suit Jackson dishmachines.
