The Jackson 4540-121-79-30 Heater is an electrical energy converter to thermal energy by using a high-wattage resistive component to sustain sanitizing water temperatures in a conveyor dishmachine. This 18kW immersion element warms the water stream passing through it directly as it circulates in the wash or rinse tanks and maintains the liquid. The assembly is usually fitted in the lower basin or fitted to the heater manifold of the unit where it is kept submerged. This heating element is the 208V that provides the necessary heat transfer that is needed in the continuous and high-volume commercial dishwashing setting.
